I made an effort and met up with 3 old friends that I haven’t seen in a decade.

Men are funny creatures. We will never tell each other that we love each other. It’s implicit and obvious. Our guards are down and we talk about the dumbest nonsensical unimportant things. This is how we say “I love you” in the most manly man manner. Useless moments like these seem to make my life shine.
