I didn’t realize how much I liked Coffee Friends until I straight up put citron tea honey in milk to pretend like I was drinking the tangerine milk in Coffee Friends.

Verdict: not half bad but I still want to try/make the tangerine milk.

Fun fact: the name for tangerine milk (우유에 빠진 귤) in Coffee Friends can be literally translated into tangerine dunked in milk OR the tangerine that fell in love with milk.

        He was irritating at first but the self talk really seems to help him so he got cuter as the episodes passed. One thing that bugs me is his “are you done now” after hearing customer’s orders. It’s weirdly not rude but can be taken as rude

          oh.. its not his self talking that irks me.. just his overall demeanour.. it is very underconfident and confused…

          like i fear if i ask him to get a pen from the drawer, he will just get lost in 20X20 room

          I have to talk aloud to keep myself on track when doing anything complex, otherwise I can get very confused. If I’m in a place where I can’t talk aloud, I whisper.

    We drink it hot and without milk. We have been known to add whiskey and call it ‘medicine’

      I usually drink it with hot water too! It was my first time trying it with milk 😊 I’ve never heard of taking it with whiskey before though. Does it work? Lol

    Someone should actually make this tangerine syrup and market it in Korea. I bet it would sell like hotcakes! They can donate the proceeds.

      I’m not a coffee person so I didnt expect to like this show THAT much. Of the items they have, definitely the tangerine milk takes the cake 😊
