Day 14: the drama that could have been but wasn\’t in my opinion:
I really dislike the trend to have episodes that are more than 1hr long. Especially when you have two episodes airing a week, both over an hour. Where do you find the time to watch uninterrupted!
That\’s part of the reason why I couldn\’t continue with Crash Landing, it was too long and I got bored.
Another drama is When I was the most beautiful. A beautiful setting, wonderful cast,. I don\’t know what the writer wanted to show us.
How utterly miserable one person\’s life could be?
I don\’t know, I wanted a healing drama where they look at the countryside, make art, live their lives in peace etc. Instead we got ji-soo pining away for 1000 years!

    I agree that the 60+ episode thing generally doesn’t work well for any show. I enjoyed CLOY and watched it to the end, but by ca. episode 6 or 7, I was FF through big chunks of the military scheming stuff. Once I understood the basic gist of it, it seemed like each episode just repeated the same spiel. So keeping it tighter would have added much more suspense for me.

Day 13- Most fashionable Character!
I was thinking of the amazing outfits from Hotel De Luna and It’s ok not to be okay. As much as I enjoy that over the top fashion in dramas, the wardrobe I would like to steal is from I’m not a Robot!
I rewatched this drama in October and every episode I was noting down the sweaters, the coats, the accessories!
Of course it has to be Min-kyu and Jia (not Aji-3)!

Oh special mention to Crash Landing – the first episode styling looked good!
Run on- I liked the denim shirt underneath the black dress on mi-joo.

Day 9 – The drama you watched just because and end up loving

Okay, I know I mentioned Dinner Mate earlier  but since I didn\’t complete it, does that really count?

This drama kind of fits the prompt because I wasn\’t sure if I would continue past the premiere week.
The synopsis is quite intense and I\’ve not managed to complete a parallel time drama before.  Thanks to Kat\’s year long promotion,the premiere date was burned into my brain!
Of course, I\’m talking about Kairos!!!
What a brilliant show, I\’m very moved by the acting, the detail the production team have put into this drama.
There are some characters who are predictable but I still am intrigued to find out what is in store for dabin, seojin and ae-ri.

Day 9 – The drama you watched just because and end up loving.

Although I dropped Dinner Mate (I kept up with recaps),  this drama really wasn\’t on my radar. I was pleasantly suprised by the drama and the OTP. How great it was to see a grown up couple communicating and getting to know one another. The bet about meeting again when a trot song hits number one, the gorgeous night scenes. 
It was a surprisingly heartfelt story.

The next show is an animation called Millionaire Detective!  I wasn\’t expecting to enjoy this series so much,  considering I only watched because I paid for the anime app for another drama. I need to get my money\’s worth lol.
This series follows a detective who was demoted after a bank robbery went wrong. He is assigned as partner to a wealthy businessman who through connections and his unlimited bank account, manages to get a job in the police department. Both detectives continue to butt heads and solve cases, we eventually get to uncover the mysterious case of what happened to the businessman\’s mother.

        It’s been a year, and then some 😊😊 But for this drama, a re-watch is always welcome 👍🏻👍🏻

        The 50-Episode version is the original, then there is a 20-Episode “Special Edition”, with each episode being longer in length (Original version runtime: ~ 45 minutes per episode/ Special Edition runtime: ~ 1-hour and-a-little-bit per episode) that focuses more on Wei Ying x Lan Zhan, with a few edited/cut scenes and extra scenes here and there 👌🏻 The (subbed) Special Edition can be found here:

Day 8: The OTP you didn’t think you would adore.
Not sure if this counts but I recently started a family drama  “Homemade love story”.
Of course there are birth secrets, kidnapping, a second lead who is obsessed, despite that the characters at the Samgwang Villa are wonderful.
The OTP I didn’t expect to love, was the Auntie Manjung and another boarder which everyone refers to as Uncle.
