Beanie level: Errand boy

Watching Warm & Cozy cos my sister wanted me to and I should occasionally watch her choices in return 😅 I dropped it years ago and time has not improved matters – even with FF it is a struggle!

DAYS – I’m sure his hair is meant to be like, artistically significant or something but it just reminds me of when my high school friend dyed his hair blue for sports day then tried to dye it back to his regular colour and it all went horribly wrong 😅

I just realized that you guys were talking about Doom! I thought DAYS was another drama! 😂

Haha sometimes the acronyms trip me up too, or I just can’t figure out what they are

Mouse was not perfect but Lee Seung Gi is really really good at crying (and making me cry).

Watching Scripting Your Destiny and a character called Jeong Ba Reum following FL on a dark rainy night really lands differently after Mouse 😂😂😂

@leetennant if it’s bad wigs you want this guy from Brilliant Legacy needs to feature – such a small side character but his wig will live on forever as the standout bad wig in a drama full of them.

I have just realised that I’m not going to get a chance to watch episode 17 of Mouse until next Wednesday 😭 that is way too long to wait.

Watching Mouse on my phone late at night and my Dad came along and turned all the lights off, pitch blackness right on a jump scare. He couldn’t have planned it better if he tried. 😱😱😱😂😂😂

That’s why I watch thrillers in the morning 🤣

Sorry, but I laughed my head off when I read this! I’m very sure it wasn’t funny at the time though! I too have watched thrillers late at night, they can be quite scary, especially if something unpredictable happens.
When my daughter used to come home after midnight, I’d hide behind one the doors in the hallway then jump out and yell very loudly, “ BOO” .
    I’m a terrible mother!

It was pretty funny after I had calmed down 😂
I can remember watching a horror movie at uni one evening with some friends, then afterwards one went home (walking) – so the rest of us waited till he was out of sight, jumped in the car and drove up to his house and hid in the dark of his driveway to jump out at him 😂 he jumped about a mile, good times 😂 it’s always funnier when it’s not you!

After the first pair of episodes of Sell Your Haunted House/Daebak Realty I think I’m sold (excuse pun 😅).

It’s good, right? I like Yong-hwa (from We Got Married years ago) and I heard many Beans like it so I feel like trying it perhaps.

I think most Jang Nara things I’ve tried have been pretty good (at least for the first 2/3, Oh My Baby fell down hard at the end) so I figured it would be worth a try.

I’m sold so far, too. Of the three new dramas that recently launched, this is the only one that’s really grabbed me so far. Jang Nara is a big part of that for sure.

I watched the clips n Jang Nara is indeed Jjang!

Same. I’m buying whatever they’re selling. Heh. I love Jang Nara!

Moo Chi should just move somewhere sunny with Bong Yi and be her dad, while Ba Reum kills all the serial killers (he’ll have to be the last to go I guess). They can come back when it’s safe 😅

Mouse Ep 10 is intense!

Mouse Ep 8 – that’s not where we’re going with this, right? Someone tell me it’s not.

@beffels I was talking with my mom and sister and we believe it is another mislead. However, we could in fact be mistaken and this is exactly the direction they want to go in.

    1
    1

I’m hoping it’s another mislead because that’s very cheesy if it’s not. Still pretty early in the drama, so like you I think probably being deliberately misleading.

If you’re referring to that final scene, I am led to believe that this is not true. I mean, otherwise, wouldn’t we be stepping into makjang territory? 😉

I have no idea what is going on anymore, but I hope not.

Dubious streaming sites make me too anxious!

It’s also going to be on Viu and Iqiyi so I guess I could mix it up…

Well, it’s not that I disliked it but… it added nothing to the story.

Why add an extra episode for that. There was no point to it unless they are setting up a second season, but even then, it was pretty pointless.

I’ve been terribly slack at participating but I’m popping in for Valentine’s Day with a how-we-met story.

When I was at university, I went flatting with some friends. There were four of us and we could only find a five bedroom house so we advertised for a random flatmate.

We had a lot of replies – I was working in a different part of the country over the holidays so two of my friends chose our new flatmate. He was a baby because we were all twenty and he was only eighteen. He was a nice boy who didn’t know how to cook and he had terrible floppy boyband hair.

We could very easily never have met – we came from different parts of the country, had no friends in common, were in different years at uni….but we did meet, and became good friends. Then, when we had all moved out of the flat a few years later, there was a party. He kissed me. I started laughing and he totally panicked. I apologised but he has never, ever let it go 😅

We’ve been married now for over ten years and we have three kids together. He now has considerably less hair but his cooking has improved significantly. He’s still a nice boy.

Love, February

6pm, dinner time is underway.

Door opens, my husband is home from work. Six year old’s monologue on Pokémon is interrupted as he and his sister throw themselves from their chairs and race to be the first to give Dad a hug.
One year old is strapped into the high chair or she would be there too.

Back at the table, six year old asks “Dad, what was your favourite part of your day?”
“Getting home to have dinner with my family.”

Love, February.

I love seeing the moon on a summer morning. It was still there, white in a perfectly blue sky, when I was walking to work today. It feels like it follows you, and it reminds me of being a child when I believed it really did.

Love February
