    Lol I was just watching the trailer last week after it randomly popped up on my Instagram. I would have watched this in a heartbeat had it been a Korean drama. But Indian ones take too long to actually drove the plot forward! The only Indian dramas I ever binge watched were Dil mil Gaye (Jennifer is Love!), and Is Pyaar ko kya naam do.

      similar thing happened, only found out last week about this show, i have different adjustments for western, kdramas and indian dramas, under 50 eps love story is too fast for me lol but for kdramas romance in 6-7 EP with kiss is just right and so forth. the only ones i’ve actually ever finished is kitni mohabbat hai that was 120-150 eps only i think 😀

just between lovers seems to be the drama i was looking for the whole year and not knowing it. i love the melancholic feel of it, the characters and the slow burn romance and its fun to watch 😀

      they cast all unknowns, dylan wang/ wang hedi is playing the lead jun pyo/domyouji and shen yue is playing makino/ jan di, she has a web drama out called a love so beautiful that’s doing well. darren chen is playing hanazawa rui, conner leong is playing the playboy one and caeser wu is playing the F4 members that has connection to the mafia. you can check it out on twitter or insta under meteorgarden2018.

          yeah that’s true, i personally like them going for unknowns, their blank canvases. well let’s hope this remake is good, they said they will be more faithful to the manga, its has 48 eps.

            It seems like it’s the equivalent of the “High Kick” series of S.Korea where mostly unknowns/new faces are cast as the characters XD Here’s to hoping that it will be good *crosses fingers*

became a big fan of kang ha neul after watching his movie New trial, better late then never, and oh my god was he amazing in this movie. it was an emotional roller coaster. so impressed by his acting

      exactly, i suppose its expected since his the baddie and all the focus is on the otp. but that wont stop me from mentioning him lol. he really has potential, his acting is great and its his debit role plus his hella attractive and i love his insight into acting, like you could feel his determination and commitment. and im like yesss!!!! good, i wanna see you in a lead role one day, work hard my new bias lol phew got that off my chest.
