Anyone know what’s the deal with Jangmul (the chaebol who sponsors Counters)? Is he a Counter? But why does he never join the meetings in Yung and doesn’t seem to have a partner in there? He also still lives with his real identity as a chaebol (unlike Ms. Chu, Motak, and Hana).

He is a counter (he can erase memories too), but we haven’t seen his “spirit” partner in the Yung.
And the rest of the counters live with their own identity, but HaNa is an orphan with no family, so she started fresh, and the same goes to Ms. Chu (I guess she got into a coma in the same accident his son died) and probably doesn’t have any family left.
And as for MoTak, as he lost his memories and doesn’t remember anything from the past and was warned that he could not look into his past, that’s the reason.
Mun kept living his life with his family, attending school and hanging out with his friends as well as being a counter.

Hey, that’s so true, where in the world Yung is his partner? I kinda thought they’d choose people with no family to be Counter, but who knows. I’d love to get more explanation too…

I’ve been seeing some beanies wonder where Im Siwan comes from ㅋㅋㅋ
He comes from South Korea, clearly. From a boyband named ZE:A (same group with Park Hyungsik), specifically.

The group was underrated back then compared to Infinite/Beast/2PM but recently they went viral in South Korea because K-netz found their old performance videos funny. And just like Kwanghee, another ZE:A members said, it was sad that they got the recognition too late.

He said it’s difficult to gather all 9 members again to re-enact the viral performance. I hope we can get it in 2021…

I also saw Kim Dong Jun in this video. He played the second lead in More Than Friends.
Now I want, Kim Dong Jun, Park Hyung Shik and Im Siwan to reunite in a drama!!

Seems like a lot of the ZEA guys are into acting

Yes! And they’re good at it. I google-translated some Korean comments on the video and one of them said, “ZE:A company just randomly made a boyband out of talented actors.”

One of the reasons the video went viral is because the song is a about a breakup but ZE:A performed very cheerfully. The choreography is also funny and simple yet the members made lots of mistakes and weren’t in sync at all 😂 that’s why K-netz said they are actors who were forced to be idols.

Poor ZE:A, what could have been. I’m relieved that some of the members have found success acting, presenting
Wonder what’s happened to the others

Some have solo activities or live as normal citizens, maybe that’s why Kwanghee said it would be hard to gather all members again to perform. But I think they still have good relationships with each other, and that’s what’s important.

Here’s where I read about it:
