Can someone explain me what’s going on in LifS? I know that I’m shipping chef and webtoon writer, but I have no idea what’s going on with the leads of the show. 😂
I feel like they miss their timing when it comes to important things.
I would’ve prefer a real conversation like the one YR imagined at the beach than the last scene of the episode.

PS. New favorite character (sorry Sang Woo):

This couple (the besties), Chae Ri, Sang Woo… This show has great secondary characters.

Yes they have added a depth to Daesik and Hyejin’s characters that was missing and so true to life and heartbreaking.

I wondered where Sangwoo was when the chicken was being dished out so glad he got to enjoy it in the end. He is so sweet.

Yes, we needed to know about their life. Too sad is such a heartbreaking story.

        Probably working.
I need CR to forgive our boy soon. He deserves love not extra work.

Sangwoo is such a great character really attentive, good at his job so why is he single unless it’s his work hours. I wonder if he will end up with Jaehoon’s sister🥰
That puddle scene would not have happened if he was on the set as he would have gone to get the cameras without her needing to even ask.

He deserves all the love he can get, so yes to ending up with JH’s dongsaeng. Double wedding??

            2. LOL you’re totally right.
But tbh, I have no idea why nobody help her. According to kdramas people never help each other. The main leads ALWAYS have to clean stuff on their own at the end. 😆That wouldn’t happen in real life, even a random person (one of the participants for example) would help the poor PD with the cameras.

If you knew how many times I’ve said “if you help her clean, you can both clock out and go home soon and safe” to my screen?

Oh, sorry. I forgot that people can’t help each other in kdramas otherwise there wouldn’t be romance. Only the romantic interest can help.

@enriquequierecagar the second lead can help as well so they can watch pathetically while the main leads ride off into the sunset together.

I’m curious to see if Jae Hoon at the end of the latest episode is real or a wishful thinking fake out.

All the secondary characters are interesting – mean Chef is really growing on me. I hope he has some good character growth so he can end up with webtoon Artist without me feeling bad for her 😅

The fake outs are breaking my heart.😞 That final scene is played like it must be yet another one…

I completely agree about chef – he’ll need to do some serious growing to deserve our web toon artist!

      Wouldn’t that be too much?
If every nice interaction between them is fake then we have no show. 😂 We have only three weeks left and these two aren’t making any progress, they need to stop day dreaming and start talking.
I’m like Chae Ri, I have no patience.

I’m sure he’s going to have a nice character development. Her sweetness is contagious, and she’s coughing besides him 😉 (bad joke, I know).

It would be great if the webtoon artist won with several of the men chasing her after waking up to her charms.
Does anyone get the purpose of ‘put suntan oil on my back’ and ‘I was so not scared in the school’ man. I have not noticed him apart from those scenes. I don’t even remember his job. They do have random people on the reality shows so he may be one of those but the men have all stood out more than most of the females. There is scheming web app guy, chef I love myself so much I don’t need anyone else, nice but not very bright guy and then he is miscellaneous man.

          1. I love your idea.

          2. If this was Ex-Change (korean show, not sure if I remember the name well), he would be the guy that entered the show like in episode 6 (of 8). No one cares about him, we know he will end alone. When we see him trying, it’s just sad. The girls try their best to not be awkward around him but they still are. And the only thing we remember after the show ends is that he was late and did nothing (I literally can’t remember both guys faces: LifS and ExC).

🤣 that’s so true they are the extras that have tried to raise their profile with a one line speaking part that does nothing for the plot, e.g. the server in the cafe.

        I’m hoping that it’s faking out that it’s a fake out 😃

I think the first few were him wishing he’d said or done things and now we’ve moved on to her wishing she’d said or done things. I don’t think they’ll be on the same page until the end of next week at the earliest 😅 which would give two weeks for wrapping up.

The two week wait for this week’s episodes was sooo hard and I am yet again wishing I could wait for shows to finish airing and miss out on the Dramabeans banter and binge the newer dramas too. I think it would help with the disappointment factor as waiting for a week and then you realise the preview was a fake out leads to a level of disappointment that doesn’t exist when it’s an immediate reveal. It’s my favourite show now that Seasons of blossom and Youth Retreat have both finished.
