Beanie level: Noble idiot

That burn was epic Jung-Hye. A pity your worthless husband is too dumb and it sailed right over his head. #buamdongrevengesocialclub

Why must Choi Byung-soo always act the sleazy roles in dramas? Every time I see his smirking face I want to punch him in the teeth. #buamdongrevengesocialclub is no different. Urgh! What a jerk!!!

Starting Buam-dong Revenge Social Club episode 1. Yessssssssssss. I will probably spend the entire time screeching like a banshee and making a ton of posts. Apologies in advance. Hehehehehehehe

always find another part time job to replace it. Her plan is actually brilliant. Not only does she not have to sell her soul to a corporation but she gets more freedom than the likes of Je-hoon.

that is exactly what I’m saying. I love how she didn’t beg just because the customer is the king. That is her charm and that’s why Siwon is falling for her. Hopefully the writer won’t change her later on…

    1

i hope they don’t change her either. That girl’s got a lot of spunk and I was routing and cheering for her in that scene. Goddamn, she will make quite the addition to the family and the company. Can you imagine her future father-in-law’s face the first time she lays into him like that? Hehehehehehehehehe.

      1

Ah that!! Damn! I hope he’ll get his mind blown from her..

He deserves to be. Someone needs to put that man in his place and make him realize that just because he is rich doesn’t give him the right to go spanking his employees with that huge as bat. Like tf?!!! People have been sued for less!

          1
          1

I know.. I was mad at gong myung when he came running with the bat. I was screaming at him not to be so cruel and to save his friend… only to realize that he’s the one who’s getting hit.

Like, if she had been a full time staff, she would have probably been more cautious and would have swallowed her pride and groveled. But she knows that job isn\’t the only one she has & that she can…

Kang So-ra is as always killing it. I cheered so hard at her yanking that customer\’s hair. Hehehehehehe. But this just goes to confirm once again that being a part time staff offers you more leeway…

Plus is it just me or does Si-won\’s Hyuk remind y\’all of Seo In-guk\’s Louis. Both chaebols who know nothing of the world and follow their heroines about like little puppies with stars in their eyes?

Hahahahahaha. Episode 1 of #revolutionarylove was gold. Goddamn, it\’s the first episode already and we already got treated to Siwon\’s post military body?!! Yessssssss. Those arms. Those legs. Those abs

I thought I was the only one who noticed his legs! Damn, it looked so nice and drool worthy when he was wearing the trouser.

    2
    1

Hehehehehehe. I even noticed his well defined shoulders. I’m still drooling over all that gorgeous man that has returned to us. I hope they give us shirtless scenes every episode. Hehehehehehe.

I know.. Is a shirtless scene every episode a little too much to ask? At least we get loads of his hilarious faces in return!

        2
        1

That will do. I know I was dying with laughter at his faces whilst watching the preview for episode 2. Hehehehehehe. Choi Si-won is playing Hyuk with such gusto and amazing comedic timing that I am utterly in love.

I can\’t wait for next week & new episodes of #becausethislifeisourfirst. The build up to their loneliness & seeking comfort in a marriage of convenience which will eventually turn to love is gold

I just finished watching episode 1 of #becausethislifeisourfirst and must I say, I love the contemplative feel of it. The hour flew by and I am utterly in love with Se-hee and Ji-ho! Wow and wow!

Might I just add that I still want to punch Yoo-bum in the face and if for any reason he too starts dreaming, I will really really lose my shit. Fucking asswipe will probably try profit from it. Urgh!

    LOL

He can dream the lottery numbers, win the 2.8 million and disappear to Vanuatu til the show ends. 😂

    1

Hahahahaha. I wish that were possible. *sigh* but kdramas rarely give us that kind of much needed ‘out’

      1
      0

Which would mean the three of them would start having three way dreams in which they will each have dreamt a piece of the puzzle and it is when they all put it together that it would all make sense.

5
3

I like that. The big pictures comes together when the three of them work as a a team.

    1
    1

Right? Because we can see that part of the reason why Hong-Joo’s dreams weren’t changeable in the past was because: one, she only ever saw just one part of it, and two, she never actively tried to change it. As opposed to Woo-Tak and Jae-chan who actually go out of their ways to keep the disasters from happening, and who would also start spurring towards being more active instead of passive. It means they will all bear such huge burdens now but things are definitely getting more interesting.

      1
      1

I agree with everything you wrote. Before getting to know Jae-chan and Woo-tak, Hong-joo was just a lone wolf, so to speak. Now, with two other people who can begin to understand her, she can take on a more proactive role.

        1
        0

And just like Hong-joo had to experience a near death experience for Jae-chan\’s latent prophetic dreams to come true,I think his own near death experience & his proximity to them kicked in his powers.

I have my theories on why Woo-Tak can also dream predictive dreams as well. I think he too lost a family member in the same incident as Jae-chan and Hong-joo. I think runaway soldier was his big bro.

8

I’m also wondering if he were related to the soldier. Or perhaps, he was affected in some other way by the same event that killed the fathers of Jae-chan and Hong-joo.

    1
    1

Hopefully, we will get to see how he is connected to the issue in the next episode because otherwise I will spend the next week coming up with wild theories. Since we now know that it was Jae-chan’s father who was the police officer killed on the news, we know that there were only three people that died in the attack: Hong-Joo’s dad, Jae-chan’s dad and the soldier who I really do feel is related to Woo-Tak.

      1
      1

Maybe we will get Woo-tak’s story next week. His is definitely trying to work out the connection among them.

        1
        1

Yeah I think you’re right. And it only makes sense that he’s the one who stumbles on the truth as he’s the one actively looking for the truth. My only concern though is if he does learn that hyung is responsible for the deaths of Jae-chan and Hong-joo’s dad, would he separate himself from them out of guilt? Will they blame him for it? There’s so many directions this could take tbh.

          1
          1

I hope that we don’t get that much drama, if Woo-tak is indeed related to the shooter, but I do imagine there would be a lot of shock. I feel that Hong-joo would not be the type to blame him.

            1
            0

Same. My vote’s the soldier’s his hyung who originally owns the puppy who’s now the dog he’s petting? Haha. I’m sure the soldier’s backstory will be laid out too, knowing this writer. On why he runaway from army in the first place.

    1
    1

Ooooh. I never considered that Woo-bin might be hyung’s dog. Great catch on that. And yes, I am totally looking forward to finding out why the man ran out of the army. It would definitely be a sad story that’s for sure.

      1
      1

I’m sure it’s a sob story. The soldier, for one, doesn’t look menacing and sinister. He looked forlorn so I’m sure there’s some meaty story on why he’s running around convenience stores and public buses. Looking forward nxt wk’s ep!

This drama had so many dizzying twists and turns and moments when I forgot how to breath and spent the seconds pulling my hair and waiting and hoping and… gah! My poor poor heart.

And Bae Doo-na’s Han Yeo-jin will always hold my heart in her strong capable hands.I love her kicking ass, serving as Shi-mok’s conscience, making funny drawings of his face & her camaraderie with him

Jo Seung-woo’s Hwang Shi-mok will always hold a special place in my heart. His tenacity, his drive, his unwillingness to compromise on his values, his brilliant mind & gorgeous gorgeous smiles…
