I\’m only 15 mins into the first episode and I love IONTBO already. The cinematography so far is amazing and I\’m already in love with the leads – MY not caring is absolutely hilarious and KT is a sweetie (I truly appreciated the shirtless scene LOL). I’ve already burst out into laughter and I’m so ready for the rest!

I’m thinking about watching Psychopath Diary since I’m falling into a YSY shaped hole after watching (and really enjoying) Train and I’m in the mood for another crime/thriller-eqsue show lol . What are your thoughts on it? Is it worth the watch?

      I think Psychopath Diary is a TvN drama? But yes, it’s good choice for a mix of comedy and crime. Park Sung-hoon, who’s currently catching beanie attention in MEMORIALS/INTO THE RING, is in it too.

I just finished Memorist and the last two episodes are really good, imo. The middle had so many roundabouts and detours and everything all over the place that I’m happy with the way they tied everything up. YSH’s acting in several scenes in the last couple eps were so strong and added so much to his character when everything was sort of unraveling and I really appreciated it. The trio also stayed true to their beautiful (and hilarious) camaraderie – Chief Gu and Sehun are perfect together LOL

      Now that I’ve finished, I totally agree with your earlier comment. I liked the Jae-gyu background episodes but almost everything else in the middle was just sooooo draggy but the ending was (not really, but sort of) perfect and I really appreciated it!

So, I’ve been watching Memorist because I learned that I missed a YSH drama during my hiatus and I internally cried for a sec. I love true crime/police shows (despite how scary it was at times, Voice was spectacular in my mind) but the amount of plot twists and turns… my head is hurting haha I’m only on episode 9, so it’s not that windy yet but based on what I’ve heard it only gets worse (or better, based on what you’re into). Honestly, though, YSH might be the one of the only things keeping me watching right now LOL aandddd, Chief Gu and Sehun – their bickering is so much fun to watch. What did you guys think of the second half of the show?

    Well… better, worse… I couldn’t tell you.
    It took a lot of determination to finish this drama, because it was full of dark scenes in dark alleys, dark basements, dark places… and so many characters, I had to read the recaps everyweek to fully understand who was who.
    I stayed because I love Lee SeYoung and she does an outstanding job, imo.
    I didn’t like how the drama kept on going round and round and round things that were not really related to the plot (yes, believe me, they were not), but still I enjoyed it.
    I don’t think I’ll ever rewatch, but it was ok… sort of…

      That’s the same boat I’m in. I made it to episode 14 so I’m almost there but the recaps are definitely helping me a lottt. Yeah, I agree. LSY does a good job in her role. But, now I’m scared about how annoyed I’m going to be at the end when they reveal who the Eraser really is and how much was really unncessary lol

        I can assure you the ending was satisfying to me, it all made sense, but yes… we could have cut al least a couple of episodes (if not more) and yet we would have the same result.

Ahhhh, I just finished Tale of Nokdu and can I just say that I’m so glad there was a happy ending? I’m very content with how it ended and probably couldn’t have thought of a better ending. The characters were their own with intricate backstories, motives, and flaws that made them more human and made the show so much more enjoyable to watch❤️ I will say that the last episode made me realize how single I am LOL but I loved every second! Now onto the next show! I’m thinking about starting another sageuk? Or, one that’s currently airing? Any recs?

Just an update tho, I’m currently watching ToND (ep 18) and I love it wayyy too much ❤️ I fell in love w JDY in Solomon’s Perjury & seeing him again is abs-olutely amazing (pun definitely intended😉)

      I’d agree with that! SP holds a special place in my heart because I loved the genre, premise, and cast a lot (sooo many introductions to new actorsss). But, seeing JDY cross-dressing? I didn’t think that was something I needed to see in life.

    He’s wonderful in Just Dance/Dance Sports Girls too. It’s more gritty and realistic but it’s a great short drama (8 hours).

WHY DOES EP 18 GOTTA HIT ME IN THE FEELS LIKE THIS 😭😭 I MEAN COME ON I WASNT READY FOR THIS AND WHYD THEY HAVE TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THIS 😞 But, even though the shows over, I’m still sooo far behind and I’m loving each and every second of this because they’re just all so cute 😂❤️ Now, just gotta finish the remaining episodes of this, Jugglers, and JBL (all of which I’m so behind on)

          Haha, thanks! The moment I saw the MV, three things came into my mind: Goblin, Kim Soo Hyun, and BTOB lol I mean with the suits on, I immediately thought of Goblin and then in some scenes they looked like Kim Soo Hyun (and I thought of some of his photoshoots and YFAS) and then the scenery with the tall grass reminded me of the cover of BTOB’s newest album 😂

          But, other than that, the song is so catchy OMG like the first time I heard it, I didn’t much of it, but it came up on my playlist and I can’t stop listening to it lol and watching their live performances with the screaming crowd and loud fanchant makes me so proud :’) even though I’m not a noona fan (woojin is actually a couple months older than me lol), it’s so nice watching their fancrowd grow over the course of their comebacks ^_^

            I’m a noona fan to all of them and I’m so proud of them too. They’re slowly gaining fans and their performances have been fantastic. I like how they always have a bit of choreography but then they went and did the dance version for one of the shows and it was so cool.
            Have you been a fan since their debut? I only discovered them during their I Got You promotions.

So my friend and I started this “K-drama challenge” thing where we have each other 5 dramas that we thought the other should watch/rewatch because it is one of our favorites. The last one on my list is Oh My Ghostess and it’s amazing!! I’m currently on episode 8 and the friendship between the girls are just so cute and they’re both so adorable 😊 I’ve seen PBY act in SWDBS so I thought I knew how amazing of an actress she was, but now, seeing her two different characters at the same time and differentiating them really well I really understand! I can’t wait to finish the rest of the episodes and figure out what’s really behind that police guy because he’s creeping me out haha

          I really hate that actor LOL In the sense that I hate the characters that he plays a lot so now whenever I see him, I want to strangle him 😂 But that means he’s doing a good job, right?

    I watched that a couple weeks ago and really loved it 😀 Great cast and characters. I swear if I didn’t know better I’d totally believe Park Bo Young was possessed by Kim Seul-gi, she really had her mannerisms and everything down pat

      Every time Kim Seul-gi possessed her, Park Bo-young was able to make herself seem like a completely different character and the way she did that was just phenomenal! During the first couple episodes, I had to keep on telling myself that it was still Park Bo-young and Kim Seul-gi hadn’t taken over her body LOL

I just started watching INAR and I’m in loveeeee! It’s only been 2 eps, but YSH is so sassy and his voice gives me life 😍 I finally realize how great he is since Ruler didn’t really do a good job…

Today marked the beginning of finale week and now there is only one episode left. I’m going to miss these characters so much! Historical dramas will always hold a special place in my heart and 7DQ will (from now on) hold a large amount of that space. Here’s to hopefully not crying in the last episode 🍾
