how’d y’all feel about the premier week of private life?

i actually had a hard time getting through the 1st episode. just wasn’t into it until go kyungpo turned up in 2.

    Right? 1st episode was a bit long for me too. 🙃
    But the end of the 2nd ep I think is what will push thru the plot, and so I am actually excited for next week. 😅

just saw the first 2 episodes of ddsslls.

couldn’t help but compare to louis; a lead dependent on an entrusting lead, a daddy long leg kinda second lead. but still fresh and i like what i see so far.

i started watching reply 1988 a couple of days ago all while knowing the end game of the main couple. but it\’s 4am, i\’m bawling since episode 17 because of junghwan. my heart cannot take this pain.

        The more the years go by, the more I forget about how a majority of the drama goes…. It’s not just “Reply 1988”, but it’s actually for ALL of the “Reply” series. IMO, it’s definitely the fault of having all 3 be about basically the same thing— figuring out who ends up being the girl’s husband 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

    I also knew the end game (found out accidentally) about 1/3 of the way. I stupidly hoped that by watching all the way through I could somehow magically change the outcome. 🙂 In order to avoid the heartbreak I knew was coming, I started focusing on the parental antics and all the lovely friendships and neighborhood camaraderie. It helped, but I still never could quite get over it. I’m chalking it up to my own personal preference! Overall, though, in a time of isolation in my own life, living on that street with those lovely people was a balm for my soul!

    “the scene i can never forget about”
    i bawled my eyes out and cried with clenching my heart watching that scene and then still sobbing just recalling that scene for so many weeks…

kinda heart breaking to know he won’t be in season two.

there was some minor iffy things about chihong, he was overall a really good character and I’m sad i won’t see more of him.

    Did you miss the Guest 🙂 .. the highlight was KJW and KDW, mini coffee reunion..

    this will be wonderful.. Gong Yoo famously said, his type is our FL with short hair .. after the show had ended at some award show ( ofcourse all publicity.. BUT STILL)
