    Rumor say June. The director got infected by Covid so that probably a reason for the delay… He recently returned as main director as they still filmed with temporally directors.

TBH, I feel so emotionally spend and in awe of this drama.
How can it be so perfect? How do you do it show?

My theory is that Heedo x Yijin did end up together but then are now separated in the present or living apart? Or divorced? Yijin being a reporter and not being around may have played a role? Maybe that’s why Min Chae is rebelling with Heedo?

As for the surname, I still wont rule out Yijin changing his surname. Btw does anyone else know what his Mom’s surname is?

Whatever theory is out there, I refuse to think Yijin died. Anything but that…

    Min-chae didn’t seem to recognize Yi-jin in the first photo of the gang, which kills all of my theories.

    I’ll get onboard with anything as long as Yi-jin doesn’t die.

    Older Hee-do bears so little resemblance to younger Hee-do that I’m finding it easy to pretend that they have no relation to each other and our Hee-do and Yi-jin are living happily ever after somewhere.

      Maybe Yijin looks different in the present like heedo? Thats why she didnt recognize him? Lol I am holding on to anything at this point for them to be the end game that I am throwing logic and clues all out of the window!

        Sad part, mom and heedo don’t talk about dad.. as long as it doesn’t mean they don’t talk about BYJ for the same reason in present timeline.. and hee do has a red car 😀
        i don’t know where are we going.. but i’d trust happy vibes of the drama and no last moment bombshell

      The daughter doesn’t seem to recognize anyone and that’s really worrying me. When she said you went to the beach with your friends the older Na hee-do was completely blank. She referred to them as ‘those people’ meaning she never met them in the present timeline otherwise she call them as aunt or uncle or something more familiar.

        definitely slice of life.. this drama is about nostalgia and how life changes.. i am also dwindling now.. probability of this being a past that defined her youth and is nostalgic but not part of current life became very high

Hands down, THE best confession scene that I have ever seen in a kdrama and I have seen countless but this one will be a tough one to ever top!
So simple yet so endearingly heart-fluttering! 🌈♥️

        Oh yes! all these good moments make me feel scared about what bad will come next… I hope its nothing devastating, that Yijin i Kim Minchaes dad at the end…

        I hope its not what happens but I have a very very strong feeling he dies. Which makes sense at how Baek yi-jin has been built up with first love vibe but mostly also because the mother said “a long time has passed.” which to me sounds like a long time has passed since he died. I’m tearing up just thinking about his character dying.

          Noooooo. This drama is so joyful and hopeful, I’d hate that ending for him. I’d rather they just didn’t work out but were in their own corners of the world, still rooting for each other.

          Tbh this episode was so good without any future timleine scenes that just disturb the momentum. I really don’t want the show to go the death route. I was fine with them only showing their growth over time and these two not ending together but now that they’ve built up to this point, not seeing a happy ending would be rather hard. But seeing BYJ die would be absolutely devastating. That isn’t the tone the show has taken for now at least.

    Too Good. The confession in Run On is still the first for me but this (both parts of HD and BYJ’s confession) is a solid second.

This interrogation scene was just damn good!
I loved the way this scene unfolded… Really though the killer would just slip through their hands but then our Hawkeye detective was at the right time and right place with his quick mind to put two and two together!

Am so excited to see the rest of the episodes!

Since the reality these days is too much to be in, I just dived blindly into watch Through the Darkness after seeing some comments from beanies. Was here to just watch the first episode and see but well… lo and behold, I LOVE it.

How can I not… This is exactly my cup of tea!! I have read the book Mindhunter by John Douglas long while back after being a huge fan of Netflixs Mindhunter. So to know that this drama also have similar footprint and is also about the establishment of Criminal Profiling in S.Korea is just fantasic.

Plus, Kim Nam Gil! Woot Woot!

I couldnt have asked for a better diversion than this!

Am I the only one who doesn\’t like the present day Hee-Do\’s acting? I mean we get Kim Tae Ri as the old Hee Do who is just so so precious and she is wearing the character as her own skin… and then when we jump to the present day I feel like the actress acting isnt giving the justice to the character that it deserves. The natural charm is lost and its just loud acting. I dont know why but it feel so weird when the present day Hee-Do actress appear on screen. I wish I could love her acting the same…

    No, you aren’t the only one. She doesn’t seem like Hee-do. I wish they had just aged Kim Tae-ri. Why not? She’s closer in age to present day Hee-do than teenage Hee-do.

I never thought I would like 25/21, but here I am, LOVING IT.
I just hope I will keep loving it till the end and that, Heedo-Yijin is the end game! It would break my heart otherwise…
