A gentle approach. A calm presence in a complicated surgery. Dr. Ahn is wise in comforting; Dr. Yang offers cautious hope when loss is likely and struggles with the outcome; Dr. Lee lectures a careless patient who takes his giving family for granted even though he knows the reality for change is nil; Dr. Chae burns the candle on both ends, but for how long? Professional generosity can be dangerous too if there is no balance. How cool that their band has lasted and still offers a very healthy escape for stress. This is such a well produced, written, and acted kdrama! 🎵 I didn’t even realize the sun was setting🎵
And what could be more heartfelt than the exchange between Dr. Yang and the patient and her husband who thank him for his kind words with a quote: “Bad things at times do happen to good people.” I love him.
