What would you recommend for a 40-50 year old man? Circle or Lookout? I enjoyed The Liar very much so I will consider My Way too if I have time. But Im more interested in the romance-less ones for now

I started both Circle and Lookout, and just about to get to My Way. This is what happens when 3 shows start on during a long weekend (Canada).

I’d say Circle is more of a niche genre. If you don’t like sci-fi, you might not really get into it. There is a lot going on in terms of mystery and information presented so it can be confusing–often is the case with shows with these kinds of concepts/world building. It is a unique and interesting concept that’s worth checking out. I hope they can carry it through. The special effects might be hit or miss depending on who you are–especially if you’re used to the kind of fancy stuff you get in Hollywood films.

Lookout started off really strong I think. I’m looking forward to the rest of the show already and it’s use of music definitely helps. I feel the actors were cast well. I think it’ll be a fun crime-drama!

Both seem promising to me so far, so I think it’d really come down to which genre for you. Hope this helps!

With a bit of thought, I will try for Lookout first. However, I am too curious about Circle not to give it at least half an episode. I wasn’t going to watch it but the reviews are too good to ignore.
