Someone asked if there was a female CEO led drama a little while ago. I came across a Chinese one, Begin Again. I’m only on ep 2 so Idk if it’s good or not. Leads are very good looking, contract marriage and most importantly CEO is a strong female lead.
Leads are indeed good-looking, they have nice chemistry, the show is light-hearted and funny, and FL is well-acted (personally, I find Gong Jin sort of stiff). However, the show is ridiculous and unbelievable. If you go in with low expectations and with the mindset that it’s an easy time-pass, the show is quite fine; however, if you take it even slightly seriously, you’ll probably get super annoyed.
I finished that and ffed through the scenes of second OTP which I didn’t like. I did enjoy the story though especially FL. ML is a pretty face but he’s wooden. Still, it’s a great mindless watch and I enjoyed it a lot.
