    I. Hate. The. Music.
    It is so random and I hate the directing everytime the female lead is near water. Also, why is there so much shouting?
    Other than that, I actually liked the drama more than I expected. Leads seem like a decent people (even though female lead was too pathetic in the beginning) and they have good chemistry ~~

    The story is not groundbreaking, but the execution is wacky. ^^

The 2nd episode was forebodingly creepy….and y’all, the serial killer father is based on a real Korean serial killer who was a model citizen, had a dog farm, 4 wives, and loved his sons to bits.

      I didn’t either!!!! Just found out after it aired. The childhood storyline is also set in that time period of 2006-2008.

        I’m worried about how much I like this show cause I also didn’t hate The Great Seducer intially and that ended up a hot mess, not a lot of faith in MBC

          I am the same! I really liked the first week of The Great Seducer but then it started to fall in the next week until it dissolved into mush. My expectations were super low with CAHM so I have been very delighted and surprised by this drama.

      Webtoon called Bastard? Main lead is also son of serial killer and later he falls in love with his classmate (who his dad wants to kill)

    I actually liked it more than I expected. It also helps that main lead is such a good guy. I also feel bad for female lead’s family, they had me on their side the moment they stopped the car to say sorry for their dog.
    Actually, did you know that the first choice for leads were Suzy and Nam Joo Hyuk? I always feel bad for the newcomer actors, because the only way for them to get the role is if someone else rejects it (even if this someone is less talented).

      It was a nice opportunity for them and they jumped on it. Hopefully these roles will lead to main role status for both of them.

Never ever watch Queen of Mystery 2 ever ever ever. The ending makes me wish that I just quit after episode 1. But at least they took this nice group photo.

    Thanks for the warning. I forced my way through ep. 15 earlier, and saw this just before I was going to start 16. Read your recap, and now I want the 15 hours I spent on this season back. What a waste.

      This season is so off, I really don’t understand how they can have a season 3 even though it looks like they are gunning for it? I am so surprised they had 7% ratings, I think they are lucky that there was no competition.

        Yeah, it seriously felt like they were preparing for a season 3. But the writing and editing have gotten so… lazy? contrived? just plain bad? That I cannot understand how another season is a good thing for this show. And I wonder how much of the ratings was luck, or people like me sticking it out hoping for the ending we have wanted since season 1!

Has anyone heard of the short drama EXIT that will air on SBS in-between Should We Kiss and Wok of Love (Greasy Melo)? It looks like it might be similar to Total Recall.

      I have been waiting for Suits for so loooooooooong. It feels like decades. The trailer left me scratching my head, though. It looked more like a commercial for suits from the Mens Warehouse and not like an enticing drama.
