            Yeah, I was talking about the position I took a 2 years ago.
            I’m agriculture engineer and I took a manager/CEO position of a rural unit 2 years ago and it’s a lot of work to manage 34 ppl 😥😥

            Actually, I don’t like administrative / beaureau kind of work cause my major in college was soil and water science and I love to be thrown in a lab doing soil analysis but I feel like I’m responsible towards my employees cause the alternative would be very bad for them *the guy who would be next in line to take my job is rather moody and capricious *🤔🙄😑😑

            Some slumps last 2 months , some last 12 months, maybe even more. You just never know because there is no standard period of time a slump should last. It’s just over when it’s over.
