HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use PayPal for all orders, but don’t worry — you don’t have to sign up for PayPal to use the checkout system. Through PayPal, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your order is generally shipped within 2-4 days after receipt of payment. We use local Korea Post to ship all orders. All of our products are shipped directly from South Korea to ensure you get the latest, newest, freshest products (and not products that have been languishing in a hot warehouse somewhere).
The estimated delivery time for shipping will depend on your country. Please be aware that the estimated delivery time does NOT include any delays in customs.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• Expedited EMS shipping: Approx. 2-6 business days
• Zones 1 & 2: Approx. 7-14 business days
• Zone 3: Approx. 14-18 business days
• Rest of the World: Approx. 18-28 business days
Please note that “business days” do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Occasionally, packages may be delayed at customs, depending on your country and its customs policy. Dramabeans is not responsible for any customs duty.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged a return fee and another shipping fee to re-send your package to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package has left Korea, we will contact you with a tracking number and link.

Please note that Korea Post updates their tracking service according to your country’s tracking system. Therefore, if your country does not update Korea Post, Korea Post will also not be able to provide updated tracking information.
Please note that if there is no update from Korea Post and your local post tracking, that means the package is at customs waiting to be cleared.
WHY IS THERE A DELAY IN MY ORDER?
Because we work with over 100 manufacturers, some products may take longer to ship out or they may be out of stock by the time we receive your order. If that is the case, we will contact you as quickly as possible and work with you to make it right!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with not just your items but also your shopping experience at Dramabeans. If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to answer your concerns. We will have a real live human person responding to your emails, we swear!
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that we are not the actual manufacturer of the products, so our job is to work on your behalf and leverage our relationships with the manufacturers to make sure you are fully satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with the products, you can ask for an exchange, return, or store credit.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If we sent the wrong item(s) to you or the item you received is damaged, you can return it to us. Please contact us at [email protected] and tell us about the problem within 3 days of receiving the product (we may ask you to take a picture of anything that’s damaged). You’ll have 7 days to return the wrong or damaged item(s) to us. Please note that the item must be in its original condition (new, not opened, or used).
When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item(s), confirm the problem, then ship the correct item(s) back to you at no extra cost.
HOW CAN I GET A FULL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
We offer a full refund or store credit on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at [email protected] and tell us about the problem within 3 days of receiving the product(s) (we may ask you to take a picture of anything that’s damaged). You’ll have 7 days to return the faulty or damaged item(s) to us. When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item(s), confirm the problem, and then apply either a full refund or a store credit.
WHAT IF I TRIED THE PRODUCT AND JUST DON’T LIKE IT?
If the product has no damage or missing parts, we regret that we’re unable to exchange, refund, or credit your purchase. We work with over 100 brand manufacturers, and we are not the actual manufacturer of the products. However, we can leverage our relationships with the manufacturers and work on your behalf to communicate your complaint or dissatisfaction. Although we cannot guarantee the outcome, our manufacturers often listen and do the right thing, and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
