What is Noodle Lover?
We lovingly selected the most exclusive and yummy noodles that are only sold in South Korea.
It has 2-3 full sized cup noodles, and 7-10 different ramen packages with yummy snacks to eat after your hearty meal!
What is Coffee Lover?
We know how much our Beanies love their coffee!
The Coffee Lover is dedicated to providing excellent and wide choice of coffee products only sold in South Korea.
You will receive 15-20 coffee sticks, and yummy snacks to eat as a side.
The coffee sticks will have variety of flavors from Maxim, South Korea’s popular coffee shop (like Ediya), and independant brands.

Yes! Simply click the “This is a gift” option on the order page to share the BeanieBox with a friend or loved one. Make sure you put in the gift recipient’s address when asked for the shipping address.
You can normally spot the expiration date on the back of the package. The Korean expiration date system is YY.MM.DD. For example, 11th of July, 2019 will be 19/7/11.
The monthly cut-off is 11:59 p.m. PST on the 16th of each month. You will receive your box around the last week of the month, or the first week of next month.
• First time subscribers will be billed immediately. If you subscribed after the order deadline (every month on the 16th) your first box will be the next month’s box. Please be patient, we promise it’s all worth the wait!
• Monthly subscribers will be billed on the 16th of each month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and you will be billed accordingly on this day.
We use PayPal for payments. We plan to make more payment options available soon.
We take your privacy seriously and your personal card details are never stored. Each payment is processed and billed through PayPal.
We do not support this function as our site doesn’t keep any of your personal credit information. Please go to PayPal to change the information directly.
Dramabeans does not cover your customs and duties fees. Generally speaking, BeanieBox falls under taxable threshold, but due to the complexity of international tax laws, customs fees and duties area not covered by Dramabeans.
For more detailed and precise information, please contact your local post office or customs office.
Important Note: Returns relating to customs and duties levied during the clearance process will not be accepted.
We use Express DHL for a fast and safe delivery!
• Depending on your location, shipping will generally take 4-5 working days.
• The estimated delivery time for shipping will depend on your country. Please be aware that the estimated delivery time does not include any delays in customs. Dramabeans.com is not responsible for any customs duty you may incur.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. You will be charged a return fee and another shipping fee to re-send the package to you if any returns are made due to these circumstances.

We currently only ship to United States, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Though we may not ship to your country yet, we’re working on expanding our shipping list!
We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order is processed.
Dramabeans, www.dramabeans.com is responsible for transferring your order over to our courier service and providing you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or delayed on the way to the recipient. Any items stolen or lost are generally not refunded. For more information, please contact [email protected].
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, both shipping to and from will be deducted from the refund.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link.
Go to My Subscription > Click the ‘View’ button for the order you would like to update the address. Please be aware that the change will be implemented from the next renewal.

We are not able to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions yet, but we’re working on finding a solution. For now, please be aware that many of the products may have been prepared in environments with food allergens (nuts, eggs, flour, etc.). BeanieBox is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by consuming anything in the boxes. Please consume at your own risk.
Cancellation / Refund / Return
Please go to My Subscriptions > Click the ‘View’ button for the order you would like to cancel > Press ‘Cancel’ button.
To be eligible for a return or a refund, your package must be (a) in the same condition that you received it, and (b) reported within 14 days since recipient. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or a refund as we handle food items. Please contact [email protected] to start your return and/or refund process. Refund is not eligible if it is a mistake on customer’s end. For example, ordering the wrong product, ordering in wrong quantity, or ordering in duplicates etc. as our packing team purely follows and fulfills your order according to your order form. If you have any doubts about your order or want to just double check, you can contact us at [email protected] anytime!
• All missing or damaged items must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. The damaged item must be reported with a photo alongside the shipping label on your box. Both damaged item and shipping label must be shot together in the same photo.
• We may run out of the same replacement item, and it may be replaced with equal value.
