The ever charismatic Jang Hyuk talks about his worries while filming Money Flower. (Aww… don’t worry, Jang Hyuk, it was an awesome sexy revenge drama!)

Every episode ended with a cliffhanger. And even if it didn't, the Law & Order-like BAM at the end of each episode made it feel like it was a cliffhanger. Every episode revealed a new crazy secret, crazier than the one in the previous episode. What a fun, exciting ride this was. I marathoned it only a few months ago so it's too soon to rewatch, but man I'm so looking forward to rewatching it, even knowing all the secrets now!

Thanks for posting this. How did I miss seeing it earlier?

MONEY FLOWER was a great show. I enjoyed it a lot. Of the currently-airing dramas, DOCTOR PRISONER, CONFESSION, and KILL IT each remind me in various ways of the intrigue and relentless machinations in MONEY FLOWER. This is one show that would have benefited immensely from recaps simply because there was so much going on. (Kang Pil-joo's adoptive father was a beekeeper. I still wonder if/how the boy's growing up at an apiary in the boonies tied in with the title.) Even without recaps, it had me glued to my seat. Jang Hyuk, Lee Mi-sook, Jang Seung-jo, and Lee Soon-jae were terrific.

Filming in the winter must have been very uncomfortable for cast and crew. I recall seeing big clouds of breath in many outdoor scenes.

What a treat it was to watch Jang Hyuk and the rest of the cast in Money Flower! If I remember correctly, I had originally planned to only watch an episode or two of this, just to "check it out". But what do you know ..... there I was watching every episode because things were turning into one fun ride!

The entire cast was great but Jang Hyuk was particularly fantastic as the man with the big plan, playing everyone up and down and left and right!
