    Yes, totally! I squeed so hard when Sasuke did the finger thing on Sakura’s forehead just like Itachi always did to Sasuke. 😆😆 Have you started watching Boruto?

      Yes, I died a little on the inside (with happiness!) when Sauce did that! And then they had Sarada and it was like every shipper dream came true!! I shipped them for yeaaaars! And it felt so gratifying to have my ship sail in the end! ^^

      And, nah, I didn’t watch Boruto. I can’t get myself invested for another 15 years. 😀

        I’m very happy with the pairing in Naruto. I shipped Sakura x Sasuke and Naruto x Hinata so hard since beginning. I’m glad that Masashi Kishimoto didn’t pair Naruto with Sakura. Haha.

        Now that you mentioned about 15 years, it makes me rethinking if I’d continue watching Boruto. LOL

          Frankly, I started following Naruto just to see if Sasuke would end up with Sakura! 😀 I didn’t even like Naruto! But meh, I watched and read the manga all the way to the end to see if my ship would sail! For a while, everything looked so bleak, but then the ending happened and I’m so happy now!

      I lived naruto too.. but this was one ship i just couldn’t get behind.. i mean.. like when where and how did Sasuke magically develop feelings for Sakura??! Was Sakura’s annoyingly clingy one suited love for him all that it took? No need for them to spend time together and him to like the very different from the start of the series Sakura??! Cuz sasuke obviously didn’t have any romantic inclinations when he left them.. i would have thought it more natural for him to end up with Karin considering they actually didn’t time together and saved each other and had an emotional connect!
      Sorry rant over.. this was one ship i just never got.. and don’t get me started on how i feel they really underused a character as awesome as Sakura could have been..

        Well, I guess it all depends on perspective. I experienced their interactions differently than you. I felt that unspoken connection between them. It was subtle, done in undertones and well…it just tugged at my heart, but I’m not going to get into it here. God knows how many silly posts like that are there on Tumblr. 🙂

        I do agree though; Sakura was so severely underused! I think Kishimoto-sensei just didn’t understand how to write a well-integratd female character is all. 😀
