She’s really my favorite character in the show. She’s SUPER WEIRD, but she isn’t a dick and respects good work. And you can really understand how the hurt she’s received make her treat her relationships like she does.
I really love how the writer made her character weird but lovable! She may not be the best boss to Gal-hee but I think she’s more of a friend to her now.
She’s a good example of a weirdo difficult boss, who’s still a multilayered character. Alot of shows can take pointers from that, even on a different gender romantic side.
