The ending / underlying theme was perhaps how they managed to convince so many actors to sign on the dotted line for this drama.
If the ending is satisfactory / good, can we ignore what came before. After all it is not just the end it is also about the journey and the choices we made to get to the end.
It was an uneven journey and the ending while intended to be the tying up of loose ends, reiterating that all is connected, that there is a lesson to be learned in all situations and that (like Gyeongseong Creature) we all become our mothers, was still neither satisfactory nor good.
Came in for the galaxy of actors and stayed for them till the bitter end. The thought / intention was much much more than what was actually conveyed.
Still good job by everyone. Thank you for your hard work. Hope you see you ALL in other, more awesome dramas. Hwaiting!!
I cried and cried watching the last episode. It was very emotionally wringing. I had to calm down by watching Seo In-guk be what I always imagine him to be – Shopping King Louie.
