Ji-an (Shin Hye-sun) is fed up with Do-kyung (Park Shi-hoo) getting hurt and tiring himself the past few days. But Do-kyung reveals that he was saving up for her birthday gift. This angers Ji-an even more because she wants to stop worrying about him. Do-kyung says it sounds like she likes him, and Ji-an says yes.

Agh, what a moment to take a week off for a holiday special. Not sure how long they are going to draw out the angst, but I hope someday soon Ji An is going to treasure that necklace because he bought it with his own labor. She might have all kinds of jewels someday, but none that cost as much to the giver as that necklace.

I'm worried about Ji-soo getting mad and misunderstanding Ji-an/Hyuk's relationship then lashing out again. I hope she shows some growth in that part of her personality. She has a tendency to tantrum now, cry later.
I feel like the writer will make her mad though, because this is a chance for her to turn cold and Hyuk to woo her in earnest. But... I really just want for the fake-twins to be friends again. They clearly miss each other so much.

I'm kind of hoping that Hee will show up with Ji Soo's birthday cake and share it with Ji An. And that it will come out somehow that Ji Soo and Ji An are sisters. It seems to me that once Hyuk knows, then he will be able to clear the air with Ji Soo and she will be able to tell him her story, and the guys will get the sisters back together.

I keep hoping Ji-soo will figure out that the suicidal friend Hyuk told her about was Ji-an, so she'll know the depth of her twin's suffering.

Actually, if she really likes him, this could have been played very differently. Why is she having a breakdown when he is telling her that he is making his own decisions now? Why doesn't she respect him for walking out on Haesung Group and starting from the bottom on his own? If she likes him, what does she really have to be miserable about? That he needs pain patches and has to do his own laundry and scraped his hand?

I think she likes him, but it's not yet sinking in with her that he likes her forrealz. Maybe she thinks she's just a novelty to him and his affection will go away with time, or if he suffers enough, he'll go back to his senses and leave her alone in her unrequited deep love. (Isn't that a human thing, to think that our love is so much deeper and serious than someone else's?) So she's worried that he's making himself suffer "needlessly" over a crush, and she's worried about showing too much affection for him and giving him even more reasons to rebel and stay with her.

She likes him and so she cares and worries about him and at the same time she's rightly too scared of his family. If they find out that he likes even if there is no relationship, they can harm her and her family. His mom and grandpa are crazy people. Remember that they drove her to attempt suicide. So for JA, Hasung = PTSD
