Just thought I’d share one of the songs that’s cropped up in some significant scenes in the later episodes of Goong S. It’s not an easy song to find (or maybe that was just me), so I thought I’d share.
It plays in the following Hoo/Soon-yi scenes:
- Episode 13: Early in the ep, when Hoo tries to catch Soon-yi at the train station before she leaves.
- Episode 14: At the end, when Hoo asks Soon-yi to come back to Seoul. (Soon-yi says it’s too hard seeing him all the time, listening to his voice, seeing his face… and Hoo tells her, “I’m sorry for making it hard for you, and for not knowing your feelings. I’m sorry for not being able to promise you anything. But… I wish you could be somewhere i could always see you.”)
- Episode 16: During the kiss

I am a new visitor to ur site (heard a lot tho) and I just finished watching Goong S less than a week ago. It’s such a sweet story and I love how you write the reviews. Esp the part after the last ep where you rounded up and said Hoo and Soon Yi came back full circle but older and wiser. It’s so true. I was searching for the right words and description but could not put a finger on it until i read your ep 20 review.
I am hopelessly in love with the song He has a lover and wonder why i can find a copy of the cd. If not, and mp3 version of it would be great too !!! I even bought a K drama compilation and the goong s OST here in singapore but
Talk abt frittering away money ! But i love it so much I gotta have it !
