What a cute, cute show it was. Greasy Melo was an incredibly fun ride, with great characters, wacky premise, nice story and lots of FOOOOOD (jjajangmyun will be haunting me in my dreams…).
My love for Jang Hyuk and Junho only solidified, but I also came to adore Jung Ryeo-won, whom I heard about, but never really watched anything of hers. She was so damn adorable as Se-woo 😍
I had few issues with the show, of course (*cough*mom*cough*), but the relationships between the characters were done so do well that I didn’t mind a little of sighing. The kitten cuddles, the food and winks made it all worth it ❤
I liked this show a lot even though a few last weeks were a little bit snooze fest but this week’s episodes were so good and had everything I loved about this drama! 🙂
Agreed – the mom made the show really hard to watch at times. But in the end, everyone got to work at what they loved. We got to see Poong and Sae Woo get to really love each other…
And that winking – that was just so cute!
I’ll miss this drama. I’m always happy when I can watch a drama that avoids noble idiocy and gives minimal screen time to the characters I dislike (looking at you ex-wife and her boyfriend and the ex-husband). Although, I could have also done with a lot less “mom”.

This week’s eps finally brought back all the best thing about this drama, and I’m quite satisfied with that.

OH MY GOD. I haven’t watched the last two episodes yet but that gif gives me fresh impetus to do so. SO GOOD.
