Just watched Burn the Stage: The Movie, and I loved it. But believe it or not, I’m not writing this post to fangirl over how good the movie was (though it was so so perfect!).

I feel amazing. This is the first time during my 3 years with kpop that I’ve been to an event where other fans would be. I never had any kpop liking friends, so I kind of kept it to myself, watching everything at home and fangirling by myself. But today was so beautiful. I felt free and at ease. I was among people who perfectly understood the fact that I love those seven dorks even though I’ve never met them, because they love them just as much. I was talking to the people I didn’t know and it all felt so natural and so nice. I even made few friends!

Supporting boys on your own feels great, and I’ve been doing that ever since 2015, but the not being able to share this experience takes some fun out of it. But today… We all laughed together, cried together and I felt closer to the boys than ever before. The entire experience was out of this world. For the first time I felt like a part of something bigger, something wonderful, like I belonged with this fandom. I felt like a true ARMY. And I loved every second of it.

💜💜💜💜 I’m so happy to read this! I’ve read again and again that attending a concert is like being surrounded by a sea of love and it sounds like the movie is similar (in that way).

It’s screening on November 25th in my country. So I’m still waiting. and hoping I get tickets.

The movie is probably less intense than the concert, but the feeling is there. It’s warm, sweet and you can feel united with other fans. It’s just great 😊

Oooh another (no more lonely) fan since 2015. ^^
I was all on my own until some Army beanies burst into my life & things have been so much different since then. Somehow I ended up loving the boys even more & made a bunch of new lovable friends.
The magic that BTS brought to me~~~💕

Loved to read about your experience. Please fangirl over how good it was hehe. I’d love to know more.

Aw, I’m so happy you’ve found somebody! It’s so much better when you have people to fangirl/fanboy with. Best feeling ever.

And the movie… Where do I start? It was shot beautifully. Some shots, especially those showing guys in their quiet moments, or on the stage, are art. I was blown away by how good it looked. Secondly, there is narration in the movie, and I swear, each sentence sounds like something that the members would say, especially Nam-joon (did he co-write that?).
Overall, it was an amazing reminder of how big of a breakthrough 2017 was for them, and how much they’ve evolved as people and artists. But some aspect did not change. They still stick close to each other, care for each other and fool around at every occasion (while Yoon-gi watches them judgementally with a wine glass in his hand, lol).
The movie was spectacular. It had laughs, it had sadness, but most importantly it had heart. I loved it.
