Hi beanies. It was my friend’s birthday today and we went to watch the movie Simmba starring Ranveer Singh and trust me this guy stole my heart. He his hilarious and heartfelt and such a genuine actor. I had watched his bajirao Mastani and he was good in it but he just touched my heart in this movie. The movie gets slightly preachy but Ranveer more than makes up for it. Also the movie’s soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal. The movie is set in Maharashtra and his character is a Marathi and the way the theme songs incorporate that is just amazing. I’m listening to the movie’s soundtrack as I type. The only regret I have is that I don’t know how to whistle cause I wanted to whistle in the movie hall so badly (softly at least).
