Do you think she did everything- from running the pricing to locations where it will be displayed, negotiating with the dealers.. no.. as drama clearly said, her contribution was the idea, therefore she should be credited as a team member but not as head of marketing!
think of it in real scenario.. a part timer in your office.. newbie.. supporting head of marketing came up with a brilliant idea for marketing..
I can understand using Seo’s name but it was literally DanI’s idea. Without that idea, they would’ve done the same old tired things. Hell, she even got the writer not to pull the book. Put her name under the head of marketing. Is there some rule that says there can only be one?
The blurb is but one time she hasn’t been a bitch to DanI. In her eyes DanI is an uneducated errand girl who only knows how to be a housewife. How dare she deem herself worthy of coming up with ideas and sitting in on meetings. DanI is Task Support, not her personal assistant. Taking your clothes to the dry cleaners is a personal request not related to work tasks. Sending DanI to take the bday gift personally when they normally use a service is meant to put DanI in her place and keep her there.
But that’s the thing.. how do you know about her contributions and others and claim her to be head of marketing.. i think drama made that clear.. her valuable contribution was limited to idea..
there are tons of things to do.. and the head is the one calling the final shot.. she can be the team-member.. to be mentioned on the book..
had drama told me, she was given the full authortiy over the entire marketing plan then i would have understood.
