걸리다 the root of 걸렸는데 is “to be hung”
-제공 means provided but it’s usually in the context of “making and providing” like a factory would make a provide a product. An alternative would be 권해 줬어요. It’s the closest to the term “offer”. It’s often also used to say “recommend” but simply 줬어요 is enough.

Thanks for the corrections!
1. Just to clarify,does the 면서 ending mean more like “while verb is happening” but 할 때 means more like “when verb happened”?
2. Yay! 🎉🎉🎉🎉I love when I get sentences about GOT7 right 😄
3. But what if I didn’t take the umbrella? Would I still say 줬어? Or should I say 어떤 남자가 나한테 우산을 줘다고 했는데 내가 안 받았어요 ?

1. Mostly yes, I would say 할/ㄹ때 likens to “during the time verb happens”
2. 😊😊
3. Similar: 어떤 남자가 나한테 우산을 줬는데 내가 안 받았어요. OR 어떤 남자가 나한테 우신을 권해줬어요. The second sentence would leave it as an offer without knowing if you took it or not.
