I think one of the main points of this drama was to highlight the many things wrong with the corporate workplace, especially as it relates to company culture—and by extension societal norms etc.. It does not find solutions for many of them but opts instead to show how difficult it is to bring about change. More than that though, it shows the need for and value of a fresh/new perspective.
Misaeng is the realest show ever. I loved how they showed women in corporate or even generally in work more so in collectivist cultures of Asia. There were 3 main women in Misaeng, all 3 very different but all under some kind of misogyny.
