I strongly second this. Dr. Cha is annoying and I partly fault Lee Sung-kyung for making this a character that is difficult to sympathize with. I also think all of Lee Sung-kyung’s characters are the same (i.e. the way she acted as Kim Bok-joo in Weightlifting Fair is remarkably similar to how she is acting as Cha Eun-jae, which is astonishing given how different these characters putatively are).

Ugh, Dr Romantic 2 sucks. I hate all of these characters and the plot is absurd.
