I'm so happy that she finally spoke up! She has been nothing but polite, obliging, and self sacrificing all this time for this family's sake and its bought her nothing but grief. So I'm glad she spoke up and showed her fake mom a bit of that fire! Lol I think its just going to make her like Ji-an more than she already does though.

True! Once Myung-hee lets go of the horrible lessons her father is drilling into her, she knows deep down what a good catch Ji-an is. :) Come on, Myung-hee, where was the part of you that chose love for your hubby?

I was really afraid after she obediently came over and obediently sat down that she would continue doing whatever she was told. What a relief that she stood up for herself! And how great was it that she told Evil Mom right to her face, I would never date your son because I don't want to be part of your family!!!

Also, what a speedy turnaround for Evil Mom from misplaced nostalgia to misplaced suspicion. "Ji An, it wasn't your fault!" "Ji An, you despicable conspirator!"

I'm here for all of Ji-an's smackdowns. It's one of the saving graces of this show. She doesn't keep things in for long.

And yes, I'm so disappointed in Myung-hee jumping to conclusions. :( She *was* correct about Do-kyung liking Ji-an but how she connected the dots is so wrong... she's been watching too many makjangs.
