Yoon Kye-sang turns photog

A good day by Dramabeans.com standards = posting about Kang Ji-hwan and Yoon Kye-sang, back-to-back (hehe… back-to-back… snerk).

Anyway. Yoon Kye-sang is trying his hand at another skill: photography. He follows in the footsteps of fellow shutterbug stars like Bae Doo-na, So Ji-sub, and Park Ji-yoon by publishing his own photographs.

Yoon’s project, however, is a part of a larger enterprise — an “It Travel” project comprising travel journals and pictures. At the end of the month, he heads to Turkey and will contribute his personally shot photographs to a travel book chronicling the sights and attractions of cities like Istanbul, Kapadokia, and Antalya. He will take his photos under the dual themes of “exploring the city’s back streets” and “nature and repose.”

A group of photographer bloggers will also be making the trip with Yoon, and have been invited to show off their own photography skills by publishing their accounts and pictures following the trip. (They’ll work under different themes, focusing on Turkey’s history, cafes, and restaurants.)

Yoon Kye-sang has always expressed an interest in photography, but in preparation for this opportunity, he’s delved into his hobby with greater depth, spending the past six months studying and brushing up his skills.

(Now, how to infiltrate a closed group of Korean photographer bloggers…)

i wonder if his photography will be any good. well. even if it isn't, i can forgive him. because, i mean, hes still yoon kye sang(:

i think it's a good opportunity and honor for him to become part of this project considering he's still a novice photographer. let's wait and see how his works fare with others :)

Awww..I wish I were a celebrity because I can use this status to get job as travel photo-journalist. It's srsly a struggle for a real photographer to get recognition unless you get some real connection out there. I wonder if those ppl actually started as photographers would they be famous hehehehehe..

Anyway, I'm a fan of yoon and I wish to see his work. I've seen so jisub's work and he got the eye to be a photographer.

Javabeans! Thank you so much for saving my morning! Had some difficulty opening my eyes, but the news about Yoon Kye-Sang and Kang Ji-Hwan made me wake up!!! Now I can concentrate on my work (or not, which is more likely the case...)

A good day indeed.. thanks for the yummy picture too! it's a good picture of him.. the photo I saw earlier today that came with one of the news articles covering this project was terrible. I seriously can't take my eyes off this picture

YKS, photopgrahy = beautiful.
as a lover of photography,
im looking forward to see YKS work.
im not expecting too much,
since i have a hunch they are kinda using his name for publicity
of the book.
