Princess Ja-myung, young and old(er)

Here’s a first look at the young Princess Ja-myung, by which I mean Lee Young-yoo (above left), the 10-year-old who got her start playing child roles in dramas like Bad Housewife. In the upcoming sageuk, she plays the young counterpart to Jung Ryeo-won‘s grown-up princess.
The drama Princess Ja-myung focuses on the famous story of Goguryeo kingdom’s Princess Nak-rang (played by Park Min-young) and Prince Ho-dong. Ja-myung is being depicted as Nak-rang’s older sister, which is a creative liberty established by the drama.
Princess Ja-myung is looking to premiere next February and has started filming. Its two biggest competitors, Queen Seon-deok and Empress Cheon-chu, are also booked for early 2009.

Oh wow she's so big now, from the last time I saw her in Bad Housewife.
I hope Jung Ryeo Won gains some weight before she starts filming this drama.
BTW when is JRW's movie coming out?

Great choice. The two do look alike. LYY was so cute and chubbie in Sunlight Pours Down and Bad Family.

i think she is suppose to take the place of the war drums in history. princess ja myung. and so i think she is going to die in the drama maybe.

OHH. this is the lil girl from Bad Family? Love her! and JRW. These two along with Jung Kyung Ho and PMY make a great cast. If this were a trendy drama, it would definitely be on my must-watch list.

Korea is having too many seguek/period/historical dramas lately, like seriously it's getting boring now. I haven't even finished kingdom of winds yet, and there you go, three upcoming saguek dramas. They should create another kinds of dramas like the Japanese who always had different kinds of dramas, I'm looking for like technology stuff, sciencefiction, action, thriller kinds of dramas.
Like seriously, Korea should make a drama version of "L" jmovie.

that is one creepy looking smile.
little kids are so easily impressed by w/e adults tell them is cute, pretty, lovely. *I* remember feeling extremely awkward since young if adults told me sthg i did, or how i looked, was so *cute*
i´m totally annoyed with how krn girls flaunt the big eye thing.
saucer eyes belong on aliens, not little girls. (or grown-up women -_-)

umm. Its not like production teams are like, "Since there is already a saguek on t.v. I should be different and show a sci-fi drama" Directors take up projects they want to do, producers do dramas they want to do. etc.
