I've watched the first 4 eps of this drama
so far i've found it to be quite good! but i haven't seen the characters in their adulthood yet (its taking too long in my opinion). the four eps provides great depth to the drama as it is not really your typical romantic types (more dark and dramatic tho some bits are rather predictable...).
I'm hoping this drama will get better once the adult characters appears :)

I love this pictures (#1 first picture and #3 last picture) because I love that way when he act like that. #2 middle picture seem like it's not bad, hmm! Ah, I still haven't watch this drama "Baker King" yet.

@#11: you shouldnt even "lol" at the "multiple birth secrets" because by episode 4, almost everything was revealed. i was pleasantly surprised by the progress of the story.

and as to why Eugene accepted this role: from what i can tell from the synopsis, this role is new to her. so i think she feels that it's a challenge. she's always playing two-dimensional roles. she needs to grow as an actress so perhaps playing a villain-ish role gives her that opportunity. im hoping that her character is complex and not simply evil.

the ONLY reason i started watching this drama was for yoon shi yoon cause i LOVE him. but dude it is REALLY good for those of you who are considering watching it. yoon shi yoon hasn't even come out yet cause they're still in childhood but i'm already hooked! and at first i was like baker...wth? but its not one of those cheesy baking cakes type of drama so its all good. and during this time period bread was really scarce so it plays out well in the drama

I totally agreed that Eugene should not be the villian. The beginning of the drama is so touching and it is a shame that the lead actor will not end up with Eugene but I am still hoping that they can both have a good ending.

Huh, I've watched up to ep8 of this show and Eugene's character is the one who is in love with Tak Gu when they were younger. She's the abused girl who left for another country and came back. I guess the poster is misleading, but Eugene shouldn't be the bad guy/ evil witch.

As for the title, I actually find this premises more interesting now than your typical Korean drama titles. I love how Korean dramas are becoming more diverse in terms of themes. I can totally agree why Baker King is getting really high ratings.

The show is so darn interesting. Every minute of it (well ok I hate the evil characters parts), but following the story of the young ones growing up and they're life struggles because of their messed up parents.

For instance, Ma Jun who freaking found out that his real parents are crazy people ... who wouldn't go insane after hearing such things?!!! Poor boy even though he become the real bad guy of the show. I pity him.
