CJM? yum! totally watching baby-faced, whatever his next project is gonna be :D

Well, his first scenes in What's Up Fox?, where he had a beard and mustache, took away his baby face. But I have to say, the picture above of him with a cigarette looks awful.

Not sure how a duo relates to the Marx Brothers, of whom there were four . . .

I have faith in him (and the wonder of make up and costumes xD) He's got the acting chops too. I mean, weren't we all a bit skeptical when adorable babyface Yoo Ah-In was casted as the beastly Jae Shin? I don't even need to explain what happened 7 months later LOL

Yoo Ah In was rumored to consider this project earlier. Jung Il Woo's name was also mentioned. Now Chun Jung Myung!!!!!!!!!!!! If any two of these boys become bros here, I'm in for sageuk for the rest of 2011

i still remember the unkempt facial hair he had in What's Up Fox after fulfilling his military duties. While I agree fashionable stubble can make some men look rather charismatic I certainly did not get that sexy vibe from him in that role - he looked more like a grubby hobo but cute nonetheless :) I'm sure at some point when they need his character to grow, they may need to create a more mature look to suit his character development and I PRAY the sageuk will not insist on him wearing some unsightly beard, goatee or excessive facial hair elsewhere just to add a few more years to his babyface. He's perfect as he is and with his acting talents, he doesn't need all this gimmicky accessories to play the part :)

interesting, would definitely want to watch chun jung myung in this. switched at birth, eh? how about some bromance angst between the nobleman and slave? that'd be some twist!

we will see if CJM is born to play sageuk roles. depending on his performance he might get praised or criticized. it takes more than acting chops to properly portray a sageuk role. i hope he'll have some proper voice training for this.

The man needs a challenging role for sure. But, heck, I wouldn't mind him in Noh Hee Kyung's drama, either. She'd definitely give him something meaty. Either way, BRING BACK THE PIE! :D

OMO!!! It's always exciting when your imaginary husband has new work. But I was JUST wishing, like yesterday, that he'd sign on for a new drama, and that it should be a sageuk, but not one of those super-long, super-serious sageuks where he'll have to wear facial hair. And now I hear he's doing a fusion sageuk!?!?
Fusion sageuk seems like kind of a small genre, but all the ones I've seen are quite awesome (SKKS, Tamna, Return of Iljimae, Hong Gil Dong) so just hearing the words gives me lots of hope. I can't wait for more news on this. And I CAN'T WAIT to see CJM on the small screen again!!!!!!!

I loved him in the first four episodes of Cinderella's Sister! After that I'll reverse my comments.

I'm all for Chun Jung Myung, always nice to see fresh players in saeguk, be it fusion or not. There's always first time for everyone, right. So I'll give him a chance.

The problem is Han Hye Jin for me. She's an excellent actress in TV drama. But isn't she did enough saeguks for now, with Jumong & Jejongwon? She did great jobs in both, but isn't 3 historical series in 4-5 years a bit too much? There are still many actresses I want them to try saeguk.

Too bad MBC can't skip Birdie Buddy and get straight to The Duo.
