"Go Ahead" is one of those hugely popular dramas that i never understood what the fuss was about, same with "Love like Galaxy", i hope the Korean remake nixes the quasi-incestuous storyline between the siblings though

Happy to see Jun Ji-hyun returning to dramaland too, the cast and crew of Polaris are solid so the drama could be great.

Yes, the sibling triangle was cringey. My problem with Go Ahead was how the moms were written - all crazy in some form or another from manipulative to straight up sociopath. The only "good" mom was the dead one.

Fairy Tale, A prefabricated family, Sales of virtue are the three that could be worth watching. I am hoping the Go ahead remake keeps the good bits and adds the K-drama elements that I love so that just like a webtoon they will be stand alone dramas so no need to be disappointed by the comparison.

I am warming up to Dreaming of a Freaking Fairy Tale because I like the leads and enjoy writing the drama title. It will depend how much I will like the first two episodes...

The rest has my varying levels of interest since it all has actors I like. The one on top of mind atm is Yeon Woo Jin and Kim So Yeon's period comedy.

I'm very happy with the actors' choice for the father roles in Go Ahead remake, less with the teenagers...

Ah, the woes of a non-native speaker. I imagined something else when I read “Pig Pen” (certainly something cute Sanrio would sell, no? 🐷✏️) and laughed a bit, seeing as this is a thriller to top it off.

Other than that, DREAMING OF A FREAKING FAIRYTALE sounds like my cup of tea, as does PREFABRICATED FAMILY. I’d need more details on SALES OF VIRTUE for a final verdict, 🤓 but 90s sounds intriguing!

1. & 3. What's in a name. So I'll go with Cinderella and Go Ahead. Thank you. Very excited to see Hwang In-youp.

2. Why is Ki-yong Oppa attracted to these atypical "mysterious family" type dramas!? Guess will have to find out.

4. 5. 6. 😍 😍 😍

The streaming situation is getting out of hand. What a shame.

Would it kill these streaming platforms like the evil mouse, Paramount+, etc to have a “coming soon” section as right now, it is clear as mud if and when any KDs will be streamed on them.

No. 2. PIG PEN (Network?, Episodes?, Airing?-you get the picture).
Plusses for me:
1. Based on a webtoon by the writer who also wrote the SWEET HOME (Netflix) based webtoon. The synopsis sounds like something out of a Japanese mystery from the Golden age. That is a good thing.
2. Jang Ki-yong. JKY is currently a giving terrific performances in JTBC’s THE ATYPICAL FAMILY and I couldn’t be happier for the guy. I will definitely follow him to his next project if legally available of course.
