Choi Tae-Hwan is the actor who plays him and I remember him as the sweet vet who cared for the cat in Imaginary Cat and most recently in Hello? Me! as the secretary spying on Kim Young Kwang’s chaebol while caring for his mother. He does have a chameleon-like range. He’s unrecognizable here.
