The world is moving at such a fast pace, it may feel like we can’t keep up. We are influenced and impacted by reading and hearing about people’s achievements.. everyone just seems to be doing so much!

In the last year I kept up with one activity… working out at the gym! I missed it for very few things. I have become stronger and healthier in a matter of a year. I have reached an optimum BMI. I am really proud of myself for being consistent with it, and it helped me cope with the feeling of not doing enough and being good enough.

We should all identify an activity or 2 that we do only for ourselves, and that helps us feel good.. it’s really so important! Another is to express and share the smallest of our achievements!
