You know when one drama absorbs you so much that all the others you’re currently watching pale in comparison and become uninteresting? You don’t even have the time or energy to hang around on this site? That’s what happened to me with the Chinese drama LEGALLY ROMANCE. But after watching it twice in a row, I’m now back and open to new (old) dramas.

Almost everything was right for me here. The chemistry between the two main actors, the humour and a clever script. Even on my second viewing, I still discovered scenes with parallels between the past and the present, with clever little changes.

I almost didn’t get past the first episode, the ML’s hairstyle was too strange, especially in combination with the glasses and the ugly brown shirt he was wearing.
