The audacity of the police to be like ‘A video of someone putting hornets in the victim’s car which we know led to his car accident is not enough evidence to convict the person who put the hornets in the car of causing the victim’s car accident. Why don’t you get a victim statement? FROM A MAN WHO IS IN A COMA!!!!’
I have seen this in many dramas – police telling the complainant to get evidence. Usually the accused is a cop or in a law related field or with strong political or chaebol background.
