BUT there is another character who is nearly equal in suit-wearing skill that has something else that I’m a sucker for, and that’s a makeover scene. So congratulations Lee Rang from Tot9T1938, I’m giving this award to you this year. He also gets points for variety, both in color and style, and for the fact that his initial issues with a necktie turned into a meet-cute.
