Go Jun-hee began her entertainment career in 2001 as a school uniform model before branching out into acting two years later. She landed her first acting role in the 2003 MBC series Breathless. In 2006, she was nominated for Best New Actress at the MBC Drama Awards for her work in the romantic comedy What’s Up Fox. In 2011, she bagged leading roles in the indie films Drifting Away and Yeosu. In 2012, she played a reporter in the top-rating SBS series The Chaser, in which she won the New Star Award at the SBS Drama Awards. In 2014, she acted alongside Yoon Kye-sang in the romantic comedy film Red Carpet, which was followed by another leading role in the 2015 heist movie Intimate Enemies, opposite Ryu Seung-beom. Also in 2015, she became part of the main cast of the hit MBC romantic comedy series She Was Pretty, which earned her an Excellence Award nomination at the MBC Drama Awards. In 2019, she starred in OCN’s Possessed along with Song Sae-byuk.
