Go Yoon-jung began her entertainment career as a model. She debuted as an actress in 2019 with a supporting role in the tvN series That Psychometric Guy. In 2020, she became part the Netflix original dramas The School Nurse Files and Sweet Home. In 2021, she was cast in the JTBC legal series Law School. In 2022, she appeared in tvN’s fantasy romance drama Alchemy of Souls. That same year, she made her big screen debut in the espionage action film Hunt, which had its world premiere at the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival.
