Han Ji-hyun began her entertainment career as a model before landing her first acting gig in the 2019 JTBC series The Wind Blows. In 2020, she played a supporting character in the megahit SBS drama Penthouse and returned for its second and third seasons. Her work in the series won her Best New Actress at the SBS Drama Awards. In 2021, she made her big screen debut in the sports drama film I Bet Everything.
Han Ji-hyun has a younger twin brother named Han Seung-soo, who works as a model.
