Han Jung-soo made his acting debut in the 2003 action thriller film Tube. In 2010, he became part of the main cast of the hit KBS2 sageuk Chuno, which won the Daesang at the 37th Korea Broadcasting Awards. That same year, he acted alongside Kim So-yeon and Park Shi-hoo in the SBS series Prosecutor Princess. In 2011, he joined the KBS2 drama Poseidon, which was followed by a supporting role in MBC’s Arang and the Magistrate in 2012. In 2017, he appeared in the MBC procedural drama Thief-nom, Thief-nim.
Han Jung-soo is close friends with the late actor Kim Joo-hyuk, who died in a car crash in 2017. He revealed in an interview that he suffered from anxiety following Kim Joo-hyuk’s untimely passing.
