Ji Suk-jin originally debuted as a singer in 1992 with the album I Know. Although talented in the music scene, he found fame and recognition being a comedian and host. He served as the main host of the popular KBS2 variety show Star Golden Bell from 2004 to 2009. His popularity increased massively after becoming a fixed cast member of the SBS variety show Running Man in 2010. His work in the program earned him numerous accolades, including a Top Excellence Award at the 11th SBS Entertainment Awards. He also hosted the radio program Ji Suk-jin’s 2 O’Clock Date on MBC FM4U from 2016 to 2019.
Ji Suk-jin graduated from Ajou University with a degree in business administration. He and his wife Ryu Soo-jung tied the knot in 1997. They have a son named Ji Hyun-woo.
