Ji Yi-soo started out as a model before debuting as an actress in the 2015 KBS2 series Unkind Women. She has since appeared in both TV and film productions such as tvN’s Dear My Friends in 2016 and the comedy-drama movie Cheer Up, Mr. Lee in 2019. Also in 2019, she played a detective in KBS2’s My Fellow Citizens. This was followed by a major role as Kim Ji-suk’s social media icon wife in the 2019 KBS2 drama When the Camellia Blooms, which bagged the Daesang for TV at the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards.
