Kang Hye-won or simply Hyewon is a South Korean singer and actress born on July 5, 1999. She was a member of the South Korean-Japanese girl group Iz*One. She is also known for her role in the web series Best Mistake Season 3.

Kang Hye-won participated in Mnet’s reality competition series Produce 48 in 2018. She ranked 8th overall, earning her a spot in the new girl group named Iz*One. They made their official debut later in 2018 with the extended play Color*Iz. They won multiple awards during their debut year including the New Artist of the Year at the Gaon Chart Music Awards. They disbanded in April 2021.
In December 2021, Kang Hye-won dropped her debut solo single album titled W. That same month, she made her acting debut through the web series Best Mistake Season 3. In 2022, she was cast in Wavve’s youth drama Seasons of Blossom, which was based on the webtoon of the same name.
Kang Hye-won graduated from Hanlim Arts High School.
