Lee Hana got her start in the entertainment industry through a telecom commercial in 2005. The following year, she made her acting debut in the award-winning SBS romantic melodrama Alone in Love. Her portrayal of Sohn Ye-jin’s younger sister won her the New Star Award at the SBS Drama Awards. In 2007, she was named Best New Actress at the MBC Drama Awards for her work in the romantic comedy series Merry Mary. Also in 2007, she acted alongside Kim Kang-woo and Im Won-hee in the film Le Grand Chef, which earned her several Best New Actress nominations. In 2008, she starred in the KBS2 drama Women in the Sun, which gave her an Excellence Award at the KBS Drama Awards. In 2017, she played a gifted voice profiler in the hit OCN crime thriller Voice and reprised her role in its succeeding seasons.


Lee Hana’s father is music composer Lee Dae-heon. She attended Dankook University’s College of Music.
